Contexts are a vital aspect of any creative output, and murals act as a thrilling chance for any artist to communicate their practise through exciting large scales and personally inspired location. I gleefully welcome collaborations or commissions for further murals and large scale works so do get in contact for any potential custom work. I am keen to work on more full colour murals and those that react to the surrounding contexts.

I had the absolute pleasure to be part of a group show led by Raw Art Gallery in Carlisle. I was given full space to do whatever I’d like with a wall in this exhibition, so I took my chance to create a big bold mural.
Using inspiration from the dream like places we can reach through yoga and meditation, this piece aims to show how we can ground our mind the physical self.
This mural also incites you to enter into this Gaia like figure’s womb through the mercury teleportation device (a mirror).

I was delighted to be invited to create a mural for Solfest music festival on the theme of aliens and sci-fi. The idea behind this piece was how aliens may have given life to humans.
Despite painting during challenging wet weather, I was proud that my mural was displayed overlooking the main stage and I saw over the festival people using the piece as a meeting point or place to gather to enjoy the music.
I also created some groovy typography signage for the Dance Arena which was custom cutout and displayed.

All hail the God of Brewing and harvest of hops and barley!
This mural was created for West Walls Brewery, a fantastic independent creator and purveyors of craft beer, situated in the historic quarter of Carlisle.
Painting directly above myself and using three colours this mural posed some exciting new challenges, but it was immensely rewarding when completed and to see in situ in this busy thriving bar.

My first taste of creating murals was during university when I created this mural for a local Nursery who needed some much needed colour added to their outdoor space. With the use of spray paints (for outdoor longevity), large scrambling stencils and the help of some friends, I set out to create an interactive journey through nature for young souls.
